Wood Energy & Solid Fuels / Pellets & Fuelwood
Residential wood pellets for heating distribution
For distributors serving pellet-stove and boiler customers, the buying decision includes appliance compatibility, consistent pellet quality, intact bags and dry handling. State whether your enquiry requires ENplus A1 and a particular bag weight. The quotation must identify the offered product and supporting documentation.

Wholesale buying requirements
What to include in your quotation request
- Required grade and evidence: domestic heating grade, or the technical specification for industrial use. If ENplus A1 is required, request the current certificate and matching supplier ID.
- Diameter, moisture, ash, net calorific value, fines and mechanical durability, with the test report or technical sheet to assess the offered batch.
- Bag weight or bulk format, pallet dimensions and net weight, order quantity in metric tonnes, destination postcode or port, and required delivery date.
Buyer questions
How do I check an ENplus A1 offer?
Ask for the supplier's ENplus ID and current certification details, then compare them with the official ENplus register and the offered bag design. A reference to A1 in an enquiry is a requirement, not evidence that a particular shipment is certified.
How is the delivered wholesale price calculated?
Request a quotation for your quantity, packing and destination. Compare offers on the same Incoterm and net weight, including freight, unloading responsibilities, taxes where applicable and the stated validity period. A product price alone is not a delivered price.
