Wholesale buying requirements
What to include in your quotation request
- Required grade and evidence: domestic heating grade, or the technical specification for industrial use. If ENplus A1 is required, request the current certificate and matching supplier ID.
- Diameter, moisture, ash, net calorific value, fines and mechanical durability, with the test report or technical sheet to assess the offered batch.
- Bag weight or bulk format, pallet dimensions and net weight, order quantity in metric tonnes, destination postcode or port, and required delivery date.
Buyer questions
What should a bulk industrial pellet enquiry include?
Attach the plant's fuel acceptance specification and state the shipment size, receiving port or terminal, unloading method, delivery window and recurring schedule. Include any required sampling, inspection and sustainability evidence so these can be addressed in the quotation.
How is the delivered wholesale price calculated?
Request a quotation for your quantity, packing and destination. Compare offers on the same Incoterm and net weight, including freight, unloading responsibilities, taxes where applicable and the stated validity period. A product price alone is not a delivered price.
