Request the offered product's moisture, ash and energy values together with pack weight and net pallet weight. This lets you compare a trial load with a repeat supply programme on the same basis.

Wholesale buying requirements
What to include in your quotation request
- Briquette format, wood species or mix, moisture, ash, net calorific value and the dimensions required by your customers or appliances.
- Pack weight, pieces per pack, pallet dimensions, net pallet weight and labelling requirements; request photographs of the offered product and packaging.
- Trial or recurring volume in metric tonnes, delivery postcode or port, unloading access, requested delivery date and preferred Incoterm.
Buyer questions
Is every RUF-format briquette made from the same wood?
Do not infer wood species from the block format. Ask for the declared hardwood, softwood or mixed-wood composition and the technical sheet for the offered product. Agree those details in the quotation before comparing performance or price.
How is the delivered wholesale price calculated?
Request a quotation for your quantity, packing and destination. Compare offers on the same Incoterm and net weight, including freight, unloading responsibilities, taxes where applicable and the stated validity period. A product price alone is not a delivered price.
