Wood Energy & Solid Fuels / Solid Fuels
Wood briquettes for wholesale fuel distribution
Choose a briquette format around your customers' appliance requirements and the packaging they buy. A wholesale comparison should include dimensions, wood composition, moisture, ash, energy value and net tonnes delivered, alongside the pack and pallet format. Use the individual RUF and Pini Kay pages to define your enquiry.

Wholesale buying requirements
What to include in your quotation request
- Briquette format, wood species or mix, moisture, ash, net calorific value and the dimensions required by your customers or appliances.
- Pack weight, pieces per pack, pallet dimensions, net pallet weight and labelling requirements; request photographs of the offered product and packaging.
- Trial or recurring volume in metric tonnes, delivery postcode or port, unloading access, requested delivery date and preferred Incoterm.
Buyer questions
How should I compare RUF and Pini Kay offers?
Compare the actual technical sheets and pack configurations, not just the format name or price per pallet. Check moisture, ash, net calorific value and pallet net weight, then ask which dimensions fit the intended appliance.
How is the delivered wholesale price calculated?
Request a quotation for your quantity, packing and destination. Compare offers on the same Incoterm and net weight, including freight, unloading responsibilities, taxes where applicable and the stated validity period. A product price alone is not a delivered price.
